Learning how to take control of my mindset genuinely changed things for me. And now I help others do the same, by focusing on where you want to get to and taking small, manageable steps to get there.

With 19 years' experience as a secondary teacher and a background in fitness instructing, I understand how to support people in a way that feels encouraging and achievable, never overwhelming. And as a mum of two, I know how much life can throw at you!

What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Rather than raking over the past, we focus on your desired future. Using solution focused techniques and the safe, natural process of hypnosis, we help your brain do what it's actually designed to do - solve problems, build resilience and find your own way forward. It's structure, well-researched and grounded in the latest neuroscience.

The hypnosis part? Think of it as a deeply relaxed, focused state, like that lovely drifting feeling just before you fall asleep. Nothing scary. Nothing you're not in full control of. Just space for your mind to do its best work.

What is EFT?

EFT - often called tapping - is a gentle mind-body method that combines modern psychology with traditional Chinese medicine. By tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on a troubling thought or feeling, EFT helps calm your nervous system, release built-up tension and shift patterns that have been keeping you stuck. 

It's evidence-based, it can be used for all the same challenges as hypnotherapy and many people find it incredibly freeing. I also offer parent and child sessions so your child doesn't have to navigate things alone.
